Hello Trek TV!
I know I'm going back a few episodes, but I feel the need to re-confirm the fact that women other than Tracy, Sharon, and Colette, do love star trek. I love it so much my husband constantly makes fun of me, although he does let me keep an 8X10 glossy of Spock and Kirk next to our family photos, and a talking Kirk bobble-head in the baby's room. Two springs ago, I forced him to accompany me to Vulcan, Alberta for the annual "Spock Days" celebration, where I made him dress up as a TOS Klingon. Unfortunately he also wore his straw hat, making him look more like a gay cowboy. So there you go: not all nerds love Star Trek. George is a prime example.
As for the last episode, I did not like "And the Children Shall Lead." Why can't TOS directors ever find good child actors? I also think they could have been more subtle with the children's magical powers. The fist pumping was a bit ridiculous, as was the horrible sound effect that went with it. Why would the ghost require children to fist-pump the air, anyways? It's all a bit creepy.
