Hello Vaughn and mystery guest Well let's cast our mind back to the last episode. This has the ultimate accolade of being possibly the shortest review in Tron history. 30 minutes!, methinks that reflects the fact that it was a pretty uninspiring episode. You start with a view of Multi coloured clothes on a planet. I mean what where these colonist doing there running a dying facility, clothes dying that is not the ill fated outcome. It was almost as if the wardrobe department went on a rainbow rampage. Cue some really really annoying kids and not a lot else till Scotty fights, without booze! Must have been an error on the writers part him being sober. Now Sulu is scared of swords!? I though he liked swords. Was he not supposed to be into fencing?. Then you have Uhura getting old again. But my query is what she doing with a mirror, I have never seen it before. What is it there for, to touch her make up up between hailing frequencies? "Hailing frequencies open Captain and don't i look good. Personally I'm with Spock, kill the kids!. hell I'd have spaced them when they got annoying in the canteen. I'm am amazed Kirk held back. But yes I'm with Spock kill the lil gits. Marlon brando is the ghost, go figure any second I was expecting him to start quoting lines from the Godfather. Yet again kill defeats an evil entity with joy, remember the Klingon episode when they stood there laughing. Mind you it's followed by wailing kids, which pleases McCoy no end, he never even used a hypo. But it leaves a question, if it disappears because of no bond with the kids. How did it get there in the first place why did it come back into existence. Anyway not a great episode, the kids where annoying and an airlock was needed. Still this week we have better fare, don't we?. Live long and podcast Colin
